Standard-product returns

For eligible non-customized products, request a return within 30 days of delivery and dispatch it within 14 days of your request.

For change-of-mind returns, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and unaltered, with original tags attached, original product packaging and all included accessories. Customers pay return shipping. No restocking fee applies.

We will inspect returned items promptly. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection, or sooner where required by law. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the refund. Original delivery charges and return costs will be refunded or covered where required by law.

Eligible standard orders may be cancelled before shipment. After shipment, the return process applies.

Bespoke Infinity Tote and Foundation Varsity Jacket

Customers may request their own designs, dimensions, details and materials. Each commission is subject to design feasibility, material availability and an agreed quotation. Availability and cost of requested materials may affect the price.

Before collecting a deposit, ME and the customer will agree in writing on the design, materials, total quoted price, payment schedule and delivery estimate. Additional charges or changes to the agreed specifications require the customer’s approval.

A 50% deposit is required to secure materials and begin the commission. It is credited toward the agreed commission price. The remaining 50% is due once the piece is complete, before shipment.

Estimated delivery is 8–10 weeks after both final design approval and receipt of the deposit. Timing may vary with material availability and color selection. Any different estimate known at ordering will be confirmed before the deposit is paid. If a delay arises, we will provide an updated estimate and any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.

Bespoke cancellations and returns

If you request cancellation before ME has committed to materials or begun work, your deposit will be refunded.

After that point, any deduction will be limited to reasonable, documented losses directly caused by cancellation, after accounting for costs saved and materials that can be returned, reused or resold. We will explain any deduction and refund the remainder. Deductions will not exceed the deposit or any lower amount permitted by applicable law.

Genuinely bespoke or personalized goods are excluded from our voluntary change-of-mind return policy. Any statutory withdrawal rights that apply remain unaffected.

Your consumer rights

These policies do not limit mandatory rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods, statutory cancellation rights, non-delivery, qualifying delays or other failures by ME. Contact us if an item arrives with a problem. The condition requirements and deadlines for voluntary change-of-mind returns do not restrict these rights.
