Shipping destinations

US checkout will be offered only for eligible products and delivery addresses. Shipping charges and available delivery estimates will be shown or agreed before payment.

International orders begin with an inquiry and individual quotation. Before accepting payment, we will confirm the destination’s eligibility, materials, shipping arrangements, applicable charges and responsibility for taxes or import duties.

Exotic-leather materials require a separate sourcing, wildlife-trade and import/export compliance check for the proposed route, including US destinations. Availability for purchase will be confirmed only after that review.

Bespoke delivery estimates

For bespoke Infinity Tote and Foundation Varsity Jacket commissions, estimated delivery is 8–10 weeks after both final design approval and receipt of the deposit. Timing may vary with material availability and color selection. Any different estimate known at ordering will be confirmed before the deposit is paid. If a delay arises, we will provide an updated estimate and any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.

The remaining 50% balance is due once the piece is complete, before shipment.
